When a stone is thrown into a pond, it creates just the right amount of Ripples to perfectly absorb the stone's impact. A thought or experience can impact the mind, just like a stone in a pond. The thoughts settle, and so to does the mind. Always returning to stillness and peace, with ease!

Sometimes the pond sits still. Sometimes it waves and Ripples in response to the world. I don't think the pond minds either way. It just continues on, and continues moving towards peace.
